RECRUITMENT PROCESS

In the recruitment process, our company first examines the applications in the database for the positions it needs. After that, individual applications from career sites are evaluated. After these comprehensive evaluations, the candidates who are considered suitable for the position required are invited to the preliminary interview.

Candidates who are considered suitable for the position sought after the preliminary interview are contacted with the authorized personnel in the relevant department and after this stage, the final evaluation phase is started and a job offer is made. If an agreement is reached after the proposal, an orientation program is organized for the new members of Elbi in the relevant departments.
